2.1主體(ti)鐵(tie)芯的結構型(xing)式和(he)特(te)點:1)主(zhu)體(ti)鐵(tie)芯采(cai)用單相五(wu)柱式結構,三心柱套線(xian)圈。2)鐵(tie)芯采(cai)用日本進口(kou)高導(dao)磁(ci)、低(di)損(sun)耗優質晶(jing)粒取向冷(leng)軋矽鋼(gang)片(pian)疊(die)積,全(quan)斜接縫(feng)。采用(yong)進口(kou)的剪(jian)切設備(bei)和引進技(ji)術的疊(die)裝(zhuang)設備(bei)來進行(xing)鐵(tie)芯制(zhi)造(zao),保(bao)證(zheng)鐵(tie)芯的剪(jian)切和疊積(ji)質量(liang)。3)鐵(tie)芯內(nei)設置多(duo)個絕(jue)緣(yuan)油道(dao),保(bao)證(zheng)鐵(tie)芯的有(you)效(xiao)散(san)熱(re)。鐵(tie)芯小(xiao)級(ji)片(pian)和(he)拉(la)板均(jun)開(kai)有(you)隔磁槽,防(fang)止鐵(tie)芯過(guo)熱。4)采取拉(la)板、板式夾件、鋼(gang)拉(la)帶、墊腳(jiao)、上梁等(deng)組成(cheng)的框(kuang)架式夾緊結構,鐵(tie)芯拉(la)板、夾件及(ji)墊腳(jiao)等(deng)均(jun)經過優(you)化(hua)計算,以保(bao)證(zheng)產(chan)品鐵(tie)芯夾緊、器(qi)身(shen)起吊(diao)、壓緊及(ji)短(duan)路(lu)狀態(tai)下(xia)的機(ji)械(xie)強度(du)。5)鐵(tie)芯柱用粘(zhan)帶綁(bang)紮機綁紮,以保(bao)證(zheng)足夠的拉(la)力,臺(tai)階處(chu)用圓(yuan)棍撐緊,保(bao)證(zheng)鐵(tie)芯的圓(yuan)度(du)和緊度(du)。6)在夾件上設置了漏磁屏(ping)蔽措(cuo)施(shi),控制(zhi)產(chan)品漏磁及(ji)損(sun)耗,防(fang)止局部(bu)過(guo)熱。7)鐵(tie)芯及(ji)夾件均(jun)與(yu)油(you)箱可(ke)靠絕(jue)緣(yuan),各(ge)自利(li)用接線片(pian)引至外(wai)部,並(bing)引下(xia)接地。

2.2調(tiao)壓(ya)補償(chang)變(bian)工作原(yuan)理(li)和(he)結構型(xing)式:
2.2.1調(tiao)壓(ya)補償(chang)變(bian)的工(gong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)。變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)分(fen)為(wei)主(zhu)體(ti)和(he)調(tiao)壓(ya)變兩(liang)部分(fen)(見(jian)圖1產(chan)品接線圖)。主體(ti)和(he)調(tiao)壓(ya)變連接組合後可(ke)以作為(wei)壹(yi)臺完整(zheng)的變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)使(shi)用,主體(ti)為(wei)采用(yong)單(dan)相五(wu)柱鐵(tie)芯,其(qi)中(zhong)三心柱套線(xian)圈,每(mei)柱1/3容(rong)量(liang),高(gao)、中(zhong)、低(di)壓(ya)線圈全部(bu)並(bing)聯(lian)。主(zhu)體(ti)油(you)箱外(wai)設調(tiao)壓(ya)補償(chang)變(bian),內有(you)調(tiao)壓(ya)和補(bu)償(chang)雙(shuang)器(qi)身(shen),設置正反(fan)調(tiao)無(wu)載分(fen)接開關。調(tiao)壓(ya)線圈(quan)通過主(zhu)體(ti)低(di)壓(ya)線圈勵磁(ci)調(tiao)壓(ya),並(bing)連接調(tiao)壓(ya)開關。補(bu)償(chang)激磁線圈(quan)首末(mo)端(duan)分(fen)別(bie)與(yu)開(kai)關K點(dian)及(ji)引出(chu)端(duan)連接,其電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)極性(xing)隨(sui)開關調(tiao)壓(ya)位(wei)置的變(bian)化(hua)而變(bian)化(hua),並(bing)通(tong)過(guo)電(dian)磁(ci)耦(ou)合帶動(dong)與(yu)主(zhu)體(ti)低(di)壓(ya)線圈串聯(lian)的低(di)壓(ya)補償(chang)線(xian)圈的變(bian)化(hua),從而實(shi)現(xian)低(di)壓(ya)電(dian)壓(ya)的補(bu)償(chang),使(shi)低(di)壓(ya)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)偏(pian)差(cha)控制(zhi)在(zai)1%以內。產(chan)品的低(di)壓(ya)和中(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)利(li)用主(zhu)體(ti)和(he)調(tiao)壓(ya)變兩(liang)部分(fen)各(ge)自的套(tao)管(guan)通(tong)過外(wai)部分(fen)裂導線連在(zai)壹(yi)起(qi),並(bing)通(tong)過(guo)調(tiao)壓(ya)補償(chang)變(bian)相應套(tao)管連接到線(xian)路(lu)。
2.2.2調(tiao)壓(ya)補償(chang)變(bian)主要(yao)結構。①調(tiao)壓(ya)和補(bu)償(chang)變(bian)鐵(tie)芯均(jun)為(wei)兩柱、口(kou)字型(xing)鐵(tie)芯,采(cai)用進口(kou)高導(dao)磁(ci)、低(di)損(sun)耗優質晶(jing)粒取向冷(leng)軋矽鋼(gang)片(pian)疊(die)積,全(quan)斜接縫(feng)。②調(tiao)壓(ya)變采(cai)用兩心(xin)柱套線(xian)圈的結構。激磁線圈(quan)兩柱並(bing)聯(lian),為(wei)內(nei)屏連續(xu)式結構,采(cai)用組合導線繞制(zhi);調(tiao)壓(ya)線圈(quan)兩柱並(bing)聯(lian),為(wei)螺(luo)旋式結構,采(cai)用自(zi)粘(zhan)換位(wei)導線(xian)繞制(zhi)。補(bu)償(chang)變(bian)采用單柱套線(xian)圈的結構,低(di)壓(ya)補償(chang)線(xian)圈為螺旋式結構,采(cai)用自(zi)粘(zhan)換位(wei)導線(xian)繞制(zhi);補(bu)償(chang)激磁線圈(quan)為連續(xu)式結構,采(cai)用自(zi)粘(zhan)換位(wei)導線(xian)繞制(zhi)。③調(tiao)壓(ya)補償(chang)變(bian)為自然油循(xun)環(huan)冷(leng)卻的散(san)熱(re)方(fang)式,冷(leng)卻裝(zhuang)置采用(yong)片(pian)式散(san)熱(re)器(qi),箱采(cai)用(yong)平(ping)板筒式結構,可(ke)以承受(shou)真空(kong)133Pa、正(zheng)壓0.1MPa的強度(du)試驗(yan)。
3、1000kV變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)技(ji)術參(can)數(shu) 從基本設計原(yuan)理(li)上(shang)來(lai)說(shuo),1000kV主(zhu)變壓器(qi)與(yu)常(chang)規500kV主變(bian)壓器(qi)並(bing)無(wu)差(cha)別(bie),都(dou)是利(li)用電(dian)磁(ci)耦(ou)合原(yuan)理(li)進行(xing)電(dian)能(neng)傳(chuan)輸(shu)。但由(you)於本(ben)次(ci)工(gong)程所采(cai)用的1000kV主(zhu)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的工(gong)作(zuo)和(he)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)*,容(rong)量(liang)超(chao)大,同時(shi)基於1000kV特高壓(ya)工(gong)程的重(zhong)要(yao)影(ying)響和(he)意義,1000kV主變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)與(yu)常(chang)規500kV自耦(ou)變壓(ya)器(qi)在(zai)壹些主要(yao)技術參(can)數(shu)和(he)結構上(shang)還是(shi)有(you)壹(yi)定(ding)的差(cha)別(bie)的。主(zhu)要(yao)體(ti)現(xian)在:
