跌(die)落(luo)式(shi)熔(rong)斷器的(de)功(gong)能(neng)原理(li)
跌(die)落(luo)式(shi)熔(rong)斷器安裝在10kV配電(dian)線路分(fen)支(zhi)線(xian)上(shang),可(ke)縮(suo)小停電(dian)範圍,因(yin)其(qi)有(you)壹(yi)個明(ming)顯的(de)斷開(kai)點(dian),具(ju)備了(le)隔(ge)離開(kai)關(guan)的(de)功(gong)能(neng),給(gei)檢修(xiu)段(duan)線路和設(she)備(bei)創(chuang)造(zao)了(le)壹(yi)個安全作業環(huan)境,增(zeng)加了(le)檢修(xiu)人(ren)員的(de)安全感。安裝在配電(dian)變壓器(qi)上(shang),可以(yi)作為配(pei)電(dian)變壓器(qi)的(de)主(zhu)保(bao)護,所以(yi),在10kV配電(dian)線路和配(pei)電(dian)變壓器(qi)中(zhong)得(de)到了(le)普(pu)及。
熔(rong)絲管兩端(duan)的(de)動(dong)觸(chu)頭依靠(kao)熔(rong)絲(熔(rong)體)系(xi)緊(jin),將上(shang)動(dong)觸(chu)頭推入(ru)"鴨(ya)嘴(zui)"凸(tu)出(chu)部分(fen)後,磷(lin)銅片(pian)等制成的(de)上(shang)靜(jing)觸(chu)頭頂著(zhe)上動(dong)觸(chu)頭,故(gu)而熔(rong)絲管牢固地卡在"鴨(ya)嘴(zui)"裏(li)。當短(duan)路電(dian)流通過熔(rong)絲熔(rong)斷時,產生電(dian)弧(hu),熔(rong)絲管內(nei)襯(chen)的(de)鋼(gang)紙管在電(dian)弧(hu)作用下產生大(da)量(liang)的(de)氣(qi)體(ti)因(yin)熔(rong)絲管上端(duan)被封(feng)死,氣(qi)體(ti)向下(xia)端(duan)噴(pen)出(chu),吹滅(mie)電(dian)弧(hu)。由(you)於(yu)熔(rong)絲熔(rong)斷,熔(rong)絲管的(de)上(shang)下(xia)動(dong)觸(chu)頭失去熔(rong)絲的(de)系(xi)緊(jin)力,在熔(rong)絲管自身重(zhong)力和上(shang)、下(xia)靜(jing)觸(chu)頭彈片(pian)的(de)作用下,熔(rong)絲管迅速(su)跌(die)落(luo),使(shi)電(dian)路斷開(kai),切(qie)除故(gu)障段(duan)線(xian)路或者故(gu)障設(she)備(bei)。
在現實的(de)10kV線(xian)路系統中(zhong)和配(pei)電(dian)變壓器(qi)上(shang)的(de)熔(rong)斷器不能正(zheng)確(que)動(dong)作,其(qi)原因之壹(yi)是,電(dian)工(gong)素(su)質差(cha),責任心不強(qiang),常年(nian)不進(jin)行跌(die)落(luo)式(shi)熔(rong)斷器的(de)維(wei)護和檢修(xiu);原因之二(er)是,跌(die)落(luo)式(shi)熔(rong)斷器的(de)產品(pin)質(zhi)量(liang)低(di)劣,不能靈(ling)活的(de)拉(la)、合操(cao)作。兩原因降(jiang)低了(le)跌(die)落(luo)式(shi)熔(rong)斷器的(de)功(gong)能(neng)。現(xian)實中經(jing)常出(chu)現缺(que)熔(rong)管、缺(que)熔(rong)體或(huo)用銅絲(si)、鋁絲甚(shen)至(zhi)於(yu)鐵(tie)絲(si)勾掛代(dai)替熔(rong)體的(de)情況。使(shi)得(de)線(xian)路的(de)跳(tiao)閘率和配(pei)電(dian)變壓器(qi)的(de)故(gu)障率居(ju)高(gao)不下。
